Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any OriginHub application (the “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases processed through your Apple ID. The following applies to subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple ID, in the Subscriptions section.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Health Disclaimer

The apps do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any content related to health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or mindfulness is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in an App.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Apps, including by attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems.

AI-Generated Content

Some Apps let you upload photos or enter prompts to generate AI-based images or transformations (“AI Content”). You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you submit. You agree not to upload, request, or generate content that is illegal, infringes another person’s rights, depicts a real person without their consent in a misleading or harmful way, or sexualizes or exploits minors. We may remove AI Content, suspend accounts, or refuse to process requests that violate this policy.

AI Content is generated using automated, probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI Content and are not liable for how you use it. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the AI Content you generate for your personal purposes; we make no representation as to whether such content can be copyrighted or exclusively owned.

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by OriginHub and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
