Overview

OriginHub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds focused mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all OriginHub apps and this website.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Some apps let you create content, set preferences, or contact support. When you email us, we receive your message and email address so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

We collect limited, anonymized usage and diagnostic data such as app interactions, device type, operating system version, and crash reports. This helps us understand how our apps are used and improve reliability.

Face & Photo Data

Some of our apps let you upload or capture photos that may contain human faces (for example, for AI-based photo transformations or visual progress tracking). We do not use any face or photo data you provide to train AI models — ours or any third party’s — and we do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling. Uploaded photos are processed only to deliver the feature you requested, and, where a third-party AI provider is used to generate a result, are transmitted to that provider solely for that purpose.

When you delete your account, any face or photo data associated with it — including copies held by third-party service providers acting on our behalf — is permanently deleted from our systems.

Analytics — Mixpanel

We use Mixpanel to collect aggregated, anonymized information about how our apps and website are used (for example, which features are opened and general engagement metrics). This data helps us prioritize improvements. Mixpanel may process device identifiers and usage events in accordance with its own privacy practices. You can learn more in the Mixpanel Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions — RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes a non-personal app user identifier and purchase/transaction information to validate subscriptions and entitlements. Payment itself is handled by Apple; we do not receive or store your full payment details. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for more information.

How We Use Your Information

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above (Mixpanel, Apple, RevenueCat, and, where applicable, third-party AI processors) as needed to operate our apps, and where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be retained to understand long-term trends.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area (under the GDPR) and California residents (under the CCPA) have specific rights, including the right to request information about data collection and to opt out of the “sale” of personal information — which we do not do. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
